Types of massage

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE- Deeply therapeutic massage that combines techniques from Swedish (lighter strokes that support circulation of various bodily systems), deep tissue (deeper pressure that loosens adhesions and releases tension in muscles and fascia), and Thai yoga massage to help address symptoms and pain patterns within the body.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE- Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, therapeutic massage technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid and support the body’s natural detoxification process. Using light, rhythmic movements, MLD helps reduce swelling, boost immune function, and promote deep relaxation. It is especially beneficial before and after surgery, injury, or for individuals with lymphedema or chronic inflammation.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE- On your conception, prenatal, or postnatal journey? This is the massage for you! Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. In your first trimester or navigating a high-risk pregnancy? Please contact me before booking to discuss how I can best support you.

THAI ABDOMINAL MASSAGE- A deeply relaxing and powerful massage working the tissues and energy lines of the abdominal and thoracic cavities. Thai abdominal massage can help reduce stress and promote emotional calmness (our abdominal cavity is home to millions of nerve endings), improve digestion, and promote a sense of balance and deep relaxation throughout the entire body. Clients are draped with sheets to only expose abdomen. Massage of the head/ neck/ extremities are also included based on client preferences.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE- Assisted yoga meets massage! Thai stretching massage is performed on the table with the client fully clothed. The session includes passive stretching (therapist moves client’s body into stretches), massage of the muscular and connective tissues, acupressure, and working the body’s energy lines. Great for improving range of motion, releasing tight muscles, balancing the nervous system, and boosting the immune system. This session is fully clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in.

YOGA PRIVATES- Private yoga session. Includes a postural assessment and intaking conversation, followed by customized stretches and alignment guidance to help you better understand your body and find relief through yoga and breathwork. Suitable for all levels (complete beginners to advanced yogis). Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in.
