Types of massage

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE- My signature massage. Deeply therapeutic massage that combines techniques from Swedish (lighter strokes meant to support circulation and lymphatic drainage), deep tissue (deeper pressure meant to loosen adhesions and release tension in muscles and fascia), and Thai stretching massage to help address symptoms and pain patterns within the body.

THAI STRETCHING MASSAGE- Assisted yoga meets massage! Thai stretching massage is performed on the table with the client fully clothed. The session includes passive stretching (therapist moves client’s body into stretches), massage of the muscular and connective tissues, acupressure, and working the body’s energy lines. Great for improving range of motion, releasing tight muscles, balancing the nervous system, and boosting the immune system. This session is fully clothed. Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in.

THAI ABDOMINAL MASSAGE- A deeply relaxing and powerful massage working the tissues and energy lines of the abdominal and thoracic cavities. Thai abdominal massage can help reduce stress and promote emotional calmness (our abdominal cavity is home to millions of nerve endings), improve digestion, and promote a sense of balance and deep relaxation throughout the entire body. Clients are draped with sheets to only expose abdomen. Massage of the head/ neck/ extremities are also included based on client preferences.

YOGA PRIVATES- Private yoga session. Includes a postural assessment and intaking conversation, followed by customized stretches and alignment guidance to help you better understand your body and find relief through yoga and breathwork. Suitable for all levels (complete beginners to advanced yogis). Please wear comfortable clothing you can stretch in.
