About Me

Samara Selden

I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience, which led me to study psychology and religious studies at Cornell University. After a decade in higher education and community outreach, I quit my job to study massage therapy. Through my training at Denver Integrative Massage School and an internship at a medical massage clinic, I learned the ways that massage therapy can help resolve persistent pain patterns and issues within the body. I am thrilled to be opening my own practice, Radiant Rose Wellness, with a focus on medical therapeutic massage.

As a former ballet dancer and current yoga teacher, I’ve cultivated a deep awareness of the body’s muscles and movement patterns. This helps me connect with clients on a deeper level, making me a true ally in their healing journey. My mission? To help you feel better and move with more ease, physically and emotionally. I am especially passionate about Thai abdominal massage, and supporting women through their pre/post natal pregnancy journeys and beyond.

I’m trained in a range of techniques/ modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai stretching/ sports massage, pre-natal, reflexology, cupping, gua sha, hot stones, cryotherapy, sound healing, and Thai abdominal massage. My integrative approach combines these methods—tailored to your specific needs—to help your body heal itself.
